We’ve discovered a beautiful pairing of a summer white fish ceviche with our Lot 359 2011 Riesling / Chenin Blanc. The delicate nature of this dish is not overpowered by the lighter body of the Riesling, while the Chenin Blanc adds a beautiful floral note to the citrus in this summer appetizer.
Lamb Won Tons
This is easily one of the most beautiful dishes we’ve ever created. The savory qualities of the lamb meld perfectly with the peppery, spicy notes of our Lot 296 2008 Crozes Hermitage for an incredibly rich experience. The yogurt, grape, and pickled onion beautifully refresh the palate, leaving you only wanting more.
Carrot Ribbon Salad
For an easy, light and healthy dish, try this simple Carrot Ribbon Salad alongside out Lot 305 2011 Famatina Valley Torrontes. Crisp apples and cucumbers complement the wonderful acidity of this white wine, while its fruity sweetness, or sucrosité, neutralizes the mild heat of the jalapeños.
This…. is… fantastic.
Ohh, you know… just a caprese salad in the office. Nothing special ;)
Lara, our PR and Events Manager, visited Monticello because Thomas Jefferson loved wine!
She saw the wine and beer cellar underground, but unfortunately didn’t snap a pic.
“What was super cool was the dumbwaiter he made alongside the fireplace to hoist up wine from the cellar directly into the dining room.”
Great way to celebrate the Fourth of July!
Gave my pup a popsicle today, and it was the cutest/funniest thing. I love her so much.
